1. the esterification of tartaric acid: tartaric acid ester is obtained by esterification of tartaric acid and alcohol.
2. N-deprotection: N-deprotection of the diphenyl-3-pyrrolylacetamide protecting group to give the corresponding N-unprotected compound.
3. Reaction with tartaric acid ester: The N-non-protected compound obtained in step 2 is reacted with tartaric acid ester to obtain (S)-α, α-diphenyl-3-pyrrolylacetamide-L-tartaric acid salt.
